At FotoQloud, we prioritize your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with us. We do not share your information with third parties unless it’s necessary to deliver our services, with your explicit consent, or when we have a legitimate reason to do so.
This agreement, along with the accompanying proposal, represents the full understanding between the parties. It supersedes any prior verbal or written agreements. Any amendments to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by all involved parties. A waiver of any part of this agreement must also be in writing and signed; such a waiver will not extend to any other part of this agreement.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure the photographer’s time. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the shoot. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
To maintain a smooth and professional shooting environment, only individuals directly involved in the session should be present.
Photos will be captured and edited at the photographer’s discretion. Clients with specific requests must submit a detailed shot list before the session.
The session length is based on the original proposal. Makeup time is included in the session duration. The photographer is not responsible for incomplete shots due to uncooperative subjects. Clients must ensure that all participants are informed about the session details, including time and location.
All unedited photos will be delivered through a private online gallery within 24 hours. Clients are encouraged to select their favorite images for retouching, as outlined in their chosen package. Final edited JPEG images will be shared in a live gallery within 40 days.
Final edited photos will be delivered within 8–12 days following image selection. Standard edits include color correction, skin retouching, exposure adjustments, and basic enhancements. Extensive edits will incur additional fees.
Clients assume full responsibility for the storage and backup of high-resolution files. The photographer is not liable for color variations that may occur when using third-party printing services. Files will be stored for six months as a courtesy, but are not guaranteed for longer.
The contract covers continuous photography as agreed. Any overtime must be signed off and paid for upon delivery of proofs.
Late arrivals will result in reduced session time. No extra time or images will be added to compensate. Please plan for travel delays to avoid this situation.
Clients are responsible for acquiring all necessary permits for the shoot locations.
The photographer is not liable for any issues related to hair or makeup during the session.
The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. The client grants permission for the use of photos for promotional purposes unless a written request is made before the session. Requests for image removal after publication will be honored, but do not revoke prior usage rights.
FotoQloud is the sole official photographer for the session unless otherwise agreed.
In case of cancellation, the 33% deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if rescheduled. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in the loss of the deposit.
FotoQloud will exercise the utmost care in all services. Liability for unforeseen circumstances, including technical issues or weather conditions, is limited to the retainer fee. If the photographer is unavailable, a suitable replacement will be arranged. Clients and guests assume all risk during the session.
A travel fee of AED 2.50/km applies (minimum charge of AED 250 for the first 100 km).
A fee of AED 25.00 will be charged for non-sufficient funds (NSF) cheques.
If rescheduling occurs due to unforeseen events (such as weather or technical issues), clients may rebook or, at our discretion, receive a 90% refund. No refunds are issued for no-shows.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting the booking deposit.

Due to the nature of digital products, no refunds will be issued after images have been delivered. If an error occurs in photo delivery, we will correct it at no extra charge.
